LED Group, a growing portfolio of lighting and photonics companies spanning materials, components, and finished solutions. Within the group, we already operate multiple digital and eCommerce businesses.
This is a manager‑level, hands‑on role for a self‑starter who is comfortable owning outcomes and executing the work personally. There is no digital marketing department to manage and no team to delegate to. You will be responsible for both the strategy and the execution of Fusion Optix’s website, eCommerce experience, and digital outreach, while maintaining a high standard of brand and visual consistency.
You will also collaborate with peer teams across the 3
LED Group, particularly LEDSupply, to share best practices, align systems where appropriate, and help elevate the group’s overall digital capability.
- Own and operate the Fusion Optix website.
- Manage and update our Word Press / Woo Commerce site directly.
- Implement changes to site structure, navigation, product pages, and content.
- Ensure technical product information, applications, and resources are clear, accurate, and easy to find.
- Manage the eCommerce experience end‑to‑end.
- Maintain product listings, workflows, pricing logic, and checkout experience in Woo Commerce.
- Identify and implement improvements to usability, conversion, and customer experience.
- Monitor performance and proactively resolve issues without reliance on outside agencies.
- Execute digital marketing and outreach.
- Personally run SEO, email marketing, and digital campaigns.
- Build, launch, and refine campaigns using performance data.
- Translate internal technical knowledge into clear, effective digital communication.
- Integrate digital activity with Salesforce.
- Ensure leads, inquiries, and customer activity flow cleanly into Salesforce CRM.
- Support alignment between the website, eCommerce activity, and sales follow‑up.
- Use CRM data to inform campaign targeting and performance tracking.
- Maintain visual quality and brand consistency.
- Create and modify web and marketing graphics as needed (site imagery, banners, email assets, social posts).
- Apply and uphold Fusion Optix brand guidelines across all digital touchpoints.
- Ensure visual consistency and professionalism without reliance on a dedicated design team.
- Run social and outbound channels.
- Manage Fusion Optix’s social presence directly (primarily Linked In).
- Curate and publish content from engineers and product leaders.
- Establish a consistent cadence and voice aligned with our technical brand.
- Collaborate across the 3
LED Group. - Work with digital and eCommerce counterparts across other 3
LED brands. - Share best practices, tools, and insights—particularly with LEDSupply, a high‑velocity eCommerce business.
- Identify opportunities for system alignment, cross‑promotion, or reuse of proven digital approaches.
- Measure and improve performance.
- Track traffic, engagement, conversion, and revenue metrics.
- Use analytics to guide decisions and prioritize improvements.
- Treat the website and digital channels as living systems requiring continuous refinement.

- Is focused on titles rather than ownership.
- Is comfortable working independently and taking full responsibility.
- Can move from idea to implementation without hand‑handing.
- Has strong digital judgment and adequate graphic design skills.
- Enjoys collaborating across brands while still owning a clear scope.
- Understands how technical or engineered products are researched and purchased.
- Hands‑on experience with Word Press and Woo Commerce.
