IT Project Manager, Systems Analyst
What You Will Do
- Responsible for the execution of a subset of the engineering scope for the X Program, including definition, coordination and execution of the technical tasks for their team.
- Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives, ensuring to the Agile practices and principles.
- Mentor and guide team on best practices for software development in a Continuous Integration / Continuous Development (CI/CD) environment.
- Develop and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines using Groovy and Python to streamline the software development process.
- Implement Python-based, reusable automation scripts to improve operational efficiency.
- Develop software solutions to increase the speed of software releases.
- Refine agile practices to enhance team predictability and delivery team value faster.
- Backlog verification and management.
- Agile metric tracking.
- Identification and resolution of impediments.
- Build the team’s abilities, provide technical direction, facilitate the removal of roadblocks and be able to work with both internal and external customers.
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.
- Experience in software development using Python, Perl, C, C , Ada, and/or Jenkins (Groovy).
- Experience developing software in a team-based development environment.
- Experience developing with Scrum methodology.
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
- Experience with Agile Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools (e.g. JIRA).
- Experience using REST APIs to integrate Bitbucket, Jenkins and Artifactory.
- Well-developed communication, technical writing, oral presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Experience leading a technical effort and execution of technical, cost and schedule performance.
- Knowledge of and ability to work within the Agile Scrum development practice and FQT experience.
- Experience contributing in a team environment for the purpose of developing creative solutions to technical problems.
- Experience with current Missile defense programs and specific experience in large complex systems.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced dynamic environment with time‑critical requirements.

Employees who are working in onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD – 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
