Project Duration: 2 years

- Provide basic Level 1 support for end‑user computing (EUC) devices including desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Assist with account management, password resets, and application access.
- Log, track, and resolve support tickets; elevate issues to L2 teams as needed.
- Provide onsite support 2 days per week and maintain documentation of all activities.
