Technical Support Specialist – Cure IT Solutions Ltd,
Woburn, MA (Full‑time)
Project Duration: 2 years. Onsite support required 2 days per week.
Responsibilities- Provide Level 1 support for end‑user computing devices (desktops, laptops, peripherals).
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Assist with account management, password resets, and application access.
- Log, track, and resolve support tickets; escalating to L2 teams as needed.
- Maintain documentation of all support activities.
- Entry level technical background; strong problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, Mac, and common office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Competitive salary (not disclosed). 2‑day onsite schedule.
