Key Responsibilities- Manage complex family law matters including divorce, custody, visitation, support, and property division
- Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, mediations, and trials
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, separation agreements, and settlement documents
- Develop legal strategy for high-conflict and sensitive family law matters
- Negotiate settlements and alternative dispute resolution outcomes
- Conduct legal research and detailed case analysis
- Mentor junior attorneys or support staff, as appropriate
- Approximately 12 years of dedicated family law experience
- Proven ability to independently manage sophisticated and high-conflict matters
- Significant courtroom, trial, and negotiation experience
- Strong judgment, discretion, and professionalism in sensitive cases
- Excellent written, verbal, and client-communication skills
