• Handle criminal defense matters under supervision, including arraignments, pretrial hearings, motions, and trials.
• Draft legal documents, including motions, discovery requests, and client communications.
• Conduct legal research.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies, leveraging collective expertise for optimal outcomes.
• Maintain open and clear communication with clients, keeping them informed and involved every step of the way.
• Negotiate settlements with opposing parties, striving for resolutions that align with clients' goals.
• Participate in client consultations, offering guidance and building trust through transparent and empathetic interactions.
• Gradually assume primary responsibility for managing your own caseload.

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in Massachusetts (required).
• 0–3 years of legal experience (criminal defense internship, clinic, or clerkship experience preferred).
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Eager to learn, comfortable in the courtroom, and committed to client service.
