Project Manager - Data Center & Mission Critical Construction (Contract)

Join a growing team supporting large-scale data center and mission-critical infrastructure projects. We're seeking a hands-on Project Manager who can own project budgets, vendor relationships, procurement activities, and project execution from planning through commissioning and closeout.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience on the owner/operator side of data center projects who enjoys working cross-functionally with construction, operations, supply chain, and engineering teams.

• Manage project budgets, forecasts, cost tracking, and financial reporting
• Coordinate vendor procurement, sourcing, purchase orders, and invoice reconciliation
• Lead commissioning activities and project closeout efforts
• Partner with Construction, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to drive project execution
• Track project milestones, schedules, risks, issues, and key deliverables
• Support readiness planning, turnover activities, and punch-list resolution
• Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, status reports, and project controls

• 7+ years of project management experience within data center or mission-critical construction environments
• Experience managing project budgets and vendor relationships
• Direct procurement, purchasing, and sourcing experience
• Working knowledge of data center infrastructure, including:
• UPS systems
• Generators
• Switchgear
• Cooling systems
• Building Management Systems (BMS)
• Physical Security Systems
• Strong Excel and project management tool experience (Smartsheet preferred)
• Ability to independently manage priorities and drive projects forward in a fast-paced environment

• Experience working for an owner/operator organization
• PMP certification
• Experience supporting commissioning and operational turnover activities
