Your Role:
Project Manager

This full-time position offers a great opportunity to work in an exciting, fast-paced, and ever-changing environment. What you will do:
  • Oversee the coordination and execution of all phases of Systems projects including procurement, delivery, installation, startup & commissioning, customer training, invoicing and closeout.
Your Impact:
  • Ensure effective communication with customers, colleagues and manufacturers throughout the project.
  • Review and be familiar with all project contract documents, including, but not limited to: customer purchase orders and subcontracts, descope worksheets, project schedules, project drawings, insurance certificates and endorsements and project scope responsibility matrixes.
  • Provide peer review of projects to identify scope gaps or other problem areas prior to commencing the project.
  • Review and correct project submittals prior to issuing to customer.
  • Ensure the proper verification of all field measurements prior to releasing products and/or services.
  • Quote all Change Order requests and facilitate their implementation.
  • Closely manage project costs.
  • Coordinate the scheduling of Field Service and Subcontractor onsite work in close collaboration with our Technical Services Manager and Field Project Manager.
  • Coordinate the creation of Operation & Maintenance manuals for submittal to customer.
  • Review postproject profitability reports, identifying trends, both positive and negative.
Who You Are:
  • Excellent interpersonal, time management, problem solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written skills
  • Organized and disciplined approach to managing data and schedules.
  • Cool under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Attentive to detail and committed to quality.
  • Solid understanding of the Installation, Operation and Integration of Lighting and Rigging Systems
  • Able to read, produce and understand construction documents.
  • Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
  • Available to travel to jobsites for extended periods (2 or more days)
  • Value and promote a safe work environment and experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365
  • Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Access to a personal vehicle for business use.
  • Able to lift 50lbs safely
  • Able to work at height
  • Background in Live Production, Broadcast or Film Production Industries preferred, but not required.
