We are seeking an Operations Project Manager to create operational efficiencies within the Commercial Lines Account Management team to reach profitability and service goals.
Responsible for managing operational activities of the Invoicing team.
Responsibilities- Work with leadership to ensure departmental priorities are implemented.
- Provide regional leadership updates on operational performance, taking corrective action as necessary.
- Work with offices identifying areas of improvement and creating efficiencies.
- Accountable for full-cycle management and development of Invoicing team members, including mentorship, monitoring workloads, performance management, and training.
- Manage the Invoice team's quality control of client invoicing, ensuring adherence to service standards and performing periodic reviews.
- Lead regular team meetings with Invoice staff.
- Work with Commercial Lines offices to implement and manage outside relationships with policy-checking, data management and certificate issuance resources.
- Identify and coordinate training needed for Commercial Lines staff.
- Manage agency management system data review and cleaning projects.
- Produce and monitor various monthly reports to ensure review of policies, timely invoicing, and appropriate team member workloads.
- Attend Commercial Lines Operations Leaders calls and meetings.
- Analyze account assignment within the Commercial Lines Account Management team. Work with Regional Director to reassign clients as needed.
- Manage operational integration of acquired groups into the region.
- 5 years + experience in a Commercial Lines agency.
- College degree preferred.
- Strong understanding of Property & Casualty insurance.
- Must hold or be willing to earn Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Comfortable with internet-based programs and Microsoft Office products.
- Knowledge of Sagitta/Image Right preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to carry out complex tasks with many concrete and abstract variables.

Salary: $105,000 - $140,000
