The Bedford Estates, the largest private landowner in Bloomsbury (WC1), is seeking a Health & Safety Manager to join our London team. We manage a diverse portfolio of approximately 200 properties, including residential, commercial, educational, hospitality, and retail spaces-all maintained to the highest standards.
In this role, you will provide Health & Safety support across the London Estate, working closely with our Building, Commercial, and Residential teams.You will be responsible for ensuring ongoing compliance, advising staff on H&S matters, and overseeing contractor selection and management.
The ideal candidate will bring relevant experience in a similar environment, strong communication and IT skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. You must also hold a NEBOSH Diploma or an equivalent level 6 qualification.
This is a part time position, ideally working 3 days per week.
