Production Associate

Overview

Westaff is seeking Production Associates for our client in Woburn! This role is part of our client’s production team, responsible for general help in both shipping and production of door product. Assemblers operate equipment to build, cure, process, cut, package, and prepare products for shipment. The majority of the workday is spent on the production floor.

• Perform assembly tasks.
• Utilize a variety of tools and include welding.
• Work in a team supporting safety, productivity, and delivery of high‑quality products.
• Constantly demonstrate safe working habits and follow all safety requirements.
• Examine materials visually or physically to ensure conformance with established standards.
• Use warehouse skills: pack and prepare products for shipping, handle hand jack and forklift, lift up to 50 lbs.

• Basic reading, math, computer, and measurement skills required.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal work instructions in English required.
• Welding experience is a plus.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week, with additional overtime as needed.
• Must be a team‑oriented individual who values and supports a collaborative manufacturing environment.
