You will report directly to our Production Manager, and you'll work out of our Woburn, MA location on an On-site, work schedule.

The Production Supervisor will take key responsibility to include developing assembly strategies, managing capacity plans and resources, coordinating with other departments to maintain customer satisfaction

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Participating in preparation of quality assessments, reports, and metrics formulating go/no-go statement based on reports and metrics, assembly progress and defect status

* Presenting production improvements and developments in daily progress meetings including planned vs forecast

* Acting as the main liaison communicating between the team the rest of the internal and external organization

* Lead execution of planned production, ensuring that all production results are correctly recorded against the system

* Develop detailed work plans for engagements, status tracking and reporting, and production of high quality deliverables for customer

* Coordinating all production roles and responsibilities within teams

* Responsible for all assembly, production schedule development and configuration management activities

YOU MUST HAVE

* High School Diploma

* 0-2 years' relevant experience (radio frequency/microwave?) in leading and managing testing teams

* Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and processes

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with various stakeholders

* Proficiency in managing resources and time efficiently

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

* This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by US export laws. In order to be eligible for this position, you must be a "US Person" under US export laws (or eligible for approval under a U.S. Government export license)

* Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance

PREFERRED

* Proven ability to manage a team with 2-4 years' experience

* Experience in test planning and strategies

* A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or relevant experience
