Demand Generation Specialist – Demand Generation

As the Demand Generation Specialist, you will be instrumental in managing and supporting key projects and initiatives across global campaigns, digital and marketing operations, and reporting and analytics. You will work with key stakeholders to create and maintain campaign assets from email to landing pages, oversee marketing workflows, and provide insights into channel performance and ROI. This is a role to start or expand your career in Marketing.

What

You’ll Do
  • Expand and optimize paid campaign reach and lead conversions across Google search and display, social platforms, and others in collaboration with the Digital Marketing team
  • Create and update content and assets to support global and regional campaigns as needed
  • Support the execution of Channel and Field Marketing events, including preparing promotional emails, coordinating with Sales for account outreach, and ensuring smooth on-site operations and lead management
  • Support high-visibility projects and initiatives for the business, including customer communication strategy, lead tracking and scoring, and others as needed
  • Build, maintain, and QA Hub Spot workflows and processes to ensure effective campaign management and execution
  • Monitor and triage requests for the Marketing Operations team to align with business priorities
  • Track and create reports via Hub Spot, Google Analytics, and other platforms to communicate marketing channel ROI in collaboration with the Campaigns teams
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in Marketing
  • Basic understanding of Hub Spot and Salesforce or other MAP/CRM tools
  • Working knowledge of CRM software, data analysis, and campaign management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Previously worked within the SaaS industry is a bonus
  • Highly coachable with a strong desire to learn and grow
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • High energy, competitive spirit, and a strong sense of urgency to hit goals
  • BA/BS degree or relevant experience
