Role Overview

Director of Omnichannel Marketing – a pivotal position within the U.S. Commercial Team responsible for driving success with healthcare professionals (HCP) and patients. The role is based in Woburn, Massachusetts, or remote for the right candidate, and reports to the Executive Director of Commercial Operations.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive, organization‑wide, best‑in‑industry Omnichannel strategy and capability to maximize Share of Voice (SOV) across personal and non‑personal channels for key audiences.
  • Emerge as the resident expert in omnichannel healthcare marketing technology, new capabilities, and emerging and future trends.
  • Lead the optimization of all digital channels targeting HCPs and consumers (patients and caregivers) to deliver impactful content and experiences.
  • Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Clinical Development/Operations, and Data & Analytics to understand functional business needs, identify opportunities, and facilitate campaign development and execution.
  • Partner with key team members to develop and execute marketing materials across digital and non‑personal promotion channels.
  • Develop objectives (OKRs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns to measure marketing effectiveness across all channels.
  • Serve as liaison between Business Owners, Insights and Analytics, and Operations to inform Mar Tech, Data Strategy, Channel Strategy, and Messaging development.
  • Utilize data‑driven insights to continuously refine and improve results.
  • Encourage innovation and experimentation to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving market landscape.
  • Proactively collaborate with legal, regulatory, and compliance stakeholders to ensure compliant campaign development and execution.
  • Effectively manage relationships with agency partners, external vendors, and contractors.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing, consulting, or agency work, with a focus on omnichannel strategy and digital marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and merge business, technology, marketing, scientific, and clinical acumen.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful omnichannel marketing campaigns.
  • Experience working with key customers/thought leaders and KOLs to develop campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and cross‑functional teamwork skills.
  • Experience managing budgets and optimizing marketing spend for maximum impact.
  • Proven skills in strategic and critical thinking in dynamic, fast‑paced environments.
  • Experience in oncology or specialty care products preferred.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Ability to influence without authority and work with cross‑functional teams on brand strategic imperatives.
  • Experience managing external agencies and vendors; proven project/program management experience.
Salary and Benefits

Base pay range: $ – $, with eligibility for an annual performance incentive bonus, new‑hire equity, and ongoing equity grants subject to board approval. Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) match, flexible time off, and paid holidays.
