Shift Timings: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Or 3.30 PM to 12.00 PM
Roles and Responsibilities:- Applies advanced knowledge of GD&T principles to ensure products meet requirements.
- Resolve issues and answer questions from Operators, Inspectors, and Engineers.
- Hands on Experience with CMM
- Assist Quality Engineers to develop inspection work instructions and inspection plans.
- Ensures that DRs are properly written and addressed in a timely manner.
- Participate or lead special projects related to tooling fixtures and gages.
- Identifies and drives cost reduction projects utilizing Lean Manufacturing principle.
- Provide inspection support to all departments in the organization, perform receiving, in process and final inspection of parts.
- Ability to read and interpret specifications and inspection instructions to determine product conformance.
- Knowledge of mechanical inspection and proficiency in the use of manual & visual inspection equipment: e.g., Calipers, gauges, micrometers, digital indicators, etc.
- Basic computer skills (including Microsoft Office).
