Job Overview
We are hiring Overnight Shift Managers with full‑time availability starting at $18/hour. These shifts typically run 10pm–6am. We also have part‑time positions for managers who want to work a few shifts a week.
Key Responsibilities- Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Plan each shift, monitor performance, and guarantee the team meets McDonald’s standards.
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next shift manager to facilitate smooth transitions.
- Help departments meet their goals and meet shift targets.
- Handle duties such as food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance, cleanliness, crew management, quality food production, customer service, safety and security, scheduling, and training.
- Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
- Must be 18 years or older.
