As a Team Member, you would prepare food and serve our guests. You would help maintain the high-quality product by following our quality and safety standards.

• Prepares food according to specifications using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools
• Restocks front line with prepared product during peak volumes and/or in accordance with time & temperature
• Adheres to food safety standards and reports any questionable food deliveries and/or practices
• Has fun and maintains a positive attitude at all times
• Strives to exceed guest expectations
• Is a willing team player and maintains a cooperative, respectful working relationship with management and fellow team members
• Acts as an ambassador for QDOBA
• Monitors the quality of products and takes appropriate actions to maintain that quality
• Ensures personal appearance meets company standards and displays professionalism at all times
• Recognizes and adheres to all sanitation, safety, and security policies and procedures to provide a safe environment for all
• Performs other tasks as directed by management
• Enthusiastically greets all guests when they enter the restaurant
• Serves the guest following recipe and preparation guidelines
• Cleans, organizes, and restocks all stations
