Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Dishwasher role located in Woburn, MA. The Dishwasher will ensure cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, utensils, and kitchen areas, supporting smooth operations in the dining and kitchen facilities. Responsibilities include cleaning, organizing, maintaining the dishwashing station, and assisting with food preparation as needed. Teamwork, effective communication, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Dishwashing and Food Preparation skills to ensure cleanliness and efficiency in meal service
• Understanding of Cooking basics to assist with food preparation and kitchen needs
• Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Commitment to Customer Satisfaction and providing excellent service to residents
• Ability to work diligently in a physically demanding role
• Prior experience in a similar role, especially in food service or healthcare, is a plus
