Specialty Sales (Style, Tech, Beauty, Ulta Beauty) - Target

Join to apply for the Specialty Sales role  Starting Hourly Rate is $18.50 per hour. Pay Range: $18.50 - $27.75 per hour.

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signage, and knowledge of assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and guest needs; sort truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom as required.
• Set and maintain visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority and manual fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests; remerchandise presentations as items sell through.
• Support price change processes and signing; manage fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and assist guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise from fitting rooms to the sales floor as needed; uphold safety and ethical conduct.
• Assist guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup (OPU) and Drive-up (DU), ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
• Greet guests, engage to solve their needs, and thank them for shopping at Target.
• Other duties as required by business needs.

• Enjoy interacting with guests and teammates; thrives in a fast-paced, active environment with teamwork and problem solving.
• Flexible schedule with varying hours, days, or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak times).
• Strong interest in apparel and accessories; welcoming attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate using handheld scanners and technology equipment; effective communication and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physical ability to handle cash operations, climb ladders, and move merchandise up to 15 pounds regularly, up to 44 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments; mobile for entire shift length as needed.
