Home Health Care Coordinator

Availability to work:
Monday– Friday 9am- 5pm.

Serves as an expert for communicating with case managers and assigning HHA (Home Health Aides) to specific cases within an assigned territory.

Required skills and experience:

• Attention to detail and with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of work.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across the firm.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work under pressure in order to meet certain monthly quota.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience (preferred). Successful candidates will have excellent organizational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills. The drive for self-development, the ability to collaborate, and an action-oriented work ethic.
