B2B Sales
South Key is hiring on behalf of a growing sales team in Woburn, MA that's looking for recent college graduates and graduating seniors for an entry-level B2B sales role. You'll build skills that carry into any career you pursue later: communication, negotiation, resilience, and managing your own book of business. You'll be paid while you learn and coached by people who've done the job.
Aboutthe Role
You'll work directly with small business owners, meeting them in person to understand how they operate and recommending the connectivity and wireless solutions that fit their needs. This isn't a desk job or a call center. You'll spend your days in the field, building relationships and learning to close deals, with a team that teaches you how.
Your First 90 Days- Days 1–30 | Learn: Get to know the products, shadow experienced reps, and begin approaching businesses with support. The focus is on building skills, not hitting big numbers.
- Days 31–60 | Build: Lead your own conversations and close deals independently. This is when commission starts to add up.
- Days 61–90 | Perform: Your activity and pipeline should be steady by now. Reps who commit to the process start to see real growth in their income.
Base pay supports you through the ramp-up period, so you can focus on developing your skills while your results catch up.
What You'll Do- Start conversations with business owners and learn what their businesses need
- Present solutions clearly and handle objections with confidence
- Manage your own schedule, pipeline, and follow-ups
- Learn the product quickly and apply it in real conversations
- Competitive people: athletes, gamers, debaters, anyone who hates losing
- Self-starters who've run a side business, reseller shop, content channel, or campus organization
- People who are comfortable hearing "no" and keep going
- Graduates who want to be measured on results, not seniority
- $32,000 – $78,000 per year in base pay plus commission
- Hands-on mentorship from people who teach, not just manage
- A clear path to more responsibility based on performance
- Health insurance (after a 6-month waiting period)
- Flexibility in your day, as long as the results are there
- Bachelor's degree, recently completed or expected soon (any major)
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (field role with local travel; mileage reimbursed)
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
