Security Site Supervisor

Securitas Security is seeking a dependable and motivated Security Site Supervisor to oversee daily security operations at an assigned client site. This role is responsible for leading security officers, ensuring post coverage, maintaining a safe and professional environment, and serving as the primary on‑site point of contact for clients and internal leadership.

• Overnight position – Monday through Friday 8PM‑4AM
• Pay is $28 per hour
• Site is located in Woburn, MA

• Supervise, coach, and support a team of security officers to ensure high performance and professionalism
• Ensure all posts are staffed and officers are following site‑specific policies and procedures
• Conduct patrols, inspections, and audits to maintain safety and compliance
• Serve as the on‑site liaison between the client and management
• Prepare and submit incident reports, shift logs, and other required documentation
• Respond to emergencies, incidents, and client concerns in a calm and effective manner
• Assist with training, and mentoring new hires
• Enforce company standards, safety protocols, and code of conduct

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to complete all pre‑employment requirements prior to starting
• Prior security supervisory or leadership experience
  
  Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to remain professional and make sound decisions in high‑pressure situations
• Basic computer skills (email, reports, scheduling systems)
• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
