Security Site Supervisor
Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a dependable and motivated Security Site Supervisor to oversee daily security operations at an assigned client site. This role is responsible for leading security officers, ensuring post coverage, maintaining a safe and professional environment, and serving as the primary on‑site point of contact for clients and internal leadership.
Base Pay Range$28.00/hr - $28.00/hr
Details- Overnight position – Monday through Friday 8PM-4AM
- Pay is $28 per hour
- Site is located in Woburn, MA
- Supervise, coach, and support a team of security officers to ensure high performance and professionalism
- Ensure all posts are staffed and officers are following site‑specific policies and procedures
- Conduct patrols, inspections, and audits to maintain safety and compliance
- Serve as the on‑site liaison between the client and management
- Prepare and submit incident reports, shift logs, and other required documentation
- Respond to emergencies, incidents, and client concerns in a calm and effective manner
- Assist with training, and mentoring new hires
- Enforce company standards, safety protocols, and code of conduct
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to complete all pre‑employment requirements prior to starting
- Prior security supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to remain professional and make sound decisions in high‑pressure situations
- Basic computer skills (email, reports, scheduling systems)
- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
