Internal Security Associates, LLC (ISA) is a security company experienced in providing Armed and Unarmed Security Officers in Boston and greater Massachusetts.

Job Title: Armed Uniformed Flex/Float Security Officer
Pay: $25.00/hour to start
Location: Various Sites in Lowell, MA and surrounding areas

We are seeking reliable and professional Armed Uniformed Flex/Float Security Officers to support our team by filling in for open shifts, call-offs, and coverage needs across multiple sites. This is an as-needed position - hours are not guaranteed but provide valuable flexibility and opportunity for supplemental income.

• Starting Rate: $25.00/hour
• Pay Increase Schedule (with Good Standing):
• • $26.00/hour after 90 days
  • $27.00/hour after 180 days
  • $28.00/hour after 1 year

• Armed security for various locations
• Check IDs, ensure compliance, and maintain order
• Patrol inside and outside of the client facility, as needed
• High-level security details
• Conflict de-escalation
• Post/Access Control/Weapon Screening
• Work closely with management and staff to ensure the safety of customers, staff, property, and product
• Maintain visibility, enforce policies, and respond to incidents and emergencies, as needed
• Write detailed reports and communicate effectively with site leadership

• Current, valid Class-A Massachusetts LTC
• Prior Law Enforcement or Military preferred
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid MA driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
• Ability to travel to multiple sites as needed
• Professional demeanor and strong situational judgment
• Must be flexible, punctual, and dependable
• Respond to and fill open or call-off shifts as assigned
• Must call in availability every Friday for scheduling the following week

• Flex - Hours vary based on shift availability
• Day, night, weekend, and holiday availability preferred
