Construction Equipment Field Mechanic

Pay Rate: $40.85 per hour.

• Perform maintenance and repairs on rental and customer equipment.
• Travel to job sites for on‑site service.
• Train and mentor other technicians.
• Complete accurate work orders and documentation.
• Interact with customers to ensure top‑notch service.

• Experience with heavy equipment, hydraulics, and diesel engines.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized.
• A hunger for knowledge and the ability to apply new skills.

• High School diploma, trade school certificate, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience as a rental equipment technician or a similar role in the repair industry is preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Valid medical card or ability to pass a DOT physical exam.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must have your own tools.

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Capability to sit and stand for long periods with frequent bending.
• Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
