This is a full-time, on-site Repair Technician role based in Woburn, MA. The Repair Technician will diagnose and repair a variety of equipment related to commercial and industrial construction products, ensuring they meet performance and safety standards. Daily tasks include inspecting equipment, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and completing accurate service documentation. The role also involves communicating clearly with internal teams and customers about repair needs, timelines, and recommendations to support high levels of customer satisfaction.
The Repair Technician will follow company procedures, maintain a clean and safe work area, and collaborate with the service and sales teams to support overall operational efficiency.
- Candidates should possess effective Troubleshooting abilities for mechanical and electrical issues.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to work with customers and internal teams and support Customer Satisfaction.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and work orders.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment, with attention to safety practices.
- Prior experience as a repair technician, maintenance mechanic, or in a similar technical service role preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in repair or maintenance is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move equipment as required and stand for extended periods while performing repairs.
