As an Embedded Software Engineer joining our Support Engineering organization you will be working closely with Sales, Systems Engineering, and our customers. This position is focused on customer enablement and sustainment where software activities are needed to integrate Concurrent Technologies hardware into customer applications. The role can therefore involve direct customer interaction.

• Customize, integrate, and optimize software for use with Concurrent Technologies products and systems

• SupportFPGA-basedplatformsthroughsoftwareintegration,validation,andtestdevelopment
• Create and maintain demonstration software and reference configurations for Sales and customer evaluations
• Validate operating systems, middleware, applications, and device drivers across Linux, Windows, and Vx Works
• Developtestsoftwaretoverifysystemfunctionality,performance,and integration
• Diagnose and resolve customer software issues related to system bring-up and application integration
• Collaborate with hardware, FPGA, and systems engineers when low-level investigation is required
• Participate in customer support calls and technical discussions, progressing to direct customer engagement as experience grows

Essential knowledge & experience:
Amethodical,process-drivenengineerwithstrongproblem-solvingskillswhoiscomfortable working across software, FPGA based systems, and embedded hardware platforms. The ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal engineering teams is essential.

Open to entry level engineering graduate, with a good understanding of the areas below:
