The mission of the software teams in Woburn, MA and Tewksbury, MA is to provide world-class software for our customers. We are looking to add software engineers to our development teams for a wide array of products including Battle Management, Command & Control, Communications, Effectors, and Surveillance and Warning systems.

What You Will Do:

Participate in collaborative, cross-discipline integrated product teams, employ agile software development techniques and resources to develop, test, and integrate complex software and systems solutions for aerospace and defense applications

Assist and participate in the requirements, design, development and testing of real-time software, application software, and tools, to include development of new work products or enhancement of existing applications and systems

Work collaboratively to analyze, implement and test system

Qualifications You Must Have:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related (STEM) discipline

Minimum of five (5) or more years of relevant software programming experience in development, integration, and/or test using C++, Java or similar object-oriented software language

Qualifications We Prefer:

Experience leading teams

Experience contributing to a team environment for the purpose of developing creative solutions to difficult technical problems

Experience working in Agile environment such as Scrum, Scrum @ Scale, SAFe, Test-Driven Development, Dev Sec Ops Strong  problem-solving, teamwork and communication…
