The Delaney at The Vale is recruiting for a hospitality‑focused Driver to join our team. This position is responsible for transporting residents to grocery stores, monthly outings and extended trips as scheduled; assists in performing housekeeping duties as required.

• Drive van, bus, or automobile on a regular schedule to meet resident needs.
• Assist Director of Life Enrichment or Life Enrichment Coordinator in assisting residents on and off bus/van, tracking attendance and coordinating equipment (walkers, wheelchairs, canes, etc.).
• Load groceries and other purchased items into bus/van.
• Schedule and coordinate routine vehicle maintenance.
• Clean and wash vehicle.
• May perform housekeeping functions as directed.
• Support creating a culture where business decisions made in this position, along with individual employee engagement, drive top‑line revenue and occupancy.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum six (6) months experience as a bus/van driver required.
• Must successfully pass DOT physical.
