You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary Agile teams to deliver robust and high-quality hardware solutions.
Responsibilities Define, manage, and maintain hardware requirements and traceability.
Support electronic hardware architecture, schematic design, and PCB review activities.
Select and evaluate components such as microcontrollers, sensors, motor drivers, transceivers, and power devices.
Work on motor and actuator development, including DC and BLDC motor applications.
Perform hardware/software integration, debugging, and root cause analysis.
Support verification, validation, EMC, and reliability testing activities.
Build, modify, and validate prototype circuits, test setups, harnesses, and development fixtures.
Use laboratory equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, power supplies, signal generators) for bench-level troubleshooting.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with Product Owners and engineering stakeholders.
Qualifications Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in hardware or automotive electronics development.
Experience with microcontroller-based embedded systems and actuator applications.
Strong knowledge of hardware requirements engineering, analog and digital circuit design, and component selection.
Hands-on experience in electronics assembly, bring-up, debugging, hardware prototyping, PCB testing, soldering/rework, and prototype validation.
Ability to develop and execute hardware verification, integration, and validation tests for motors, sensors, actuators, microcontrollers, and interfaces such as LIN, CAN, UART, SPI, and I2C.
Experience with ARM Cortex-M microcontrollers, LIN, CAN, SPI, I2C, UART, PWM, DC and BLDC motor control, and hardware/software integration.
Knowledge of automotive development processes; ASPICE experience is preferred.
