Flex is seeking a Supplier Development Engineer based in the Netherlands to analyze, monitor and improve supplier quality performance. You will drive APQP/PPAP with suppliers from product development to SOP and support the engineering teams with DFM input.
The role requires experience with IATF
16949, VDA 6.3 auditing, and strong problem solving (8D/DOE). You will lead improvement programs for underperforming suppliers and travel up to 20% internationally.
