Als Consulent Inkomen beheer je het uitkeringsbestand en doe je mutaties / voortgangsonderzoeken / heronderzoeken en heb je contact met inwoners over hun uitkering. Je snapt dat een aanvraag meer is dan een formulier en helpt inwoners verder. Als Consulent Inkomen ben je de spil in jouw deel van het bestand. Je overlegt met inwoners, sociale partners en collega's. Alles met als doel de ondersteuning voor de inwoners optimaal op hun situatie te laten aansluiten.
- Werkzaamheden Voeren van (intake) gesprekken.
- Indien nodig het afleggen van huisbezoeken.
- Doorverwijzen en samenwerken met sociale partners.
- Rapporteren over de aanvragen levensonderhoud, bijzondere bijstand en minima regelingen.
- Beheer van het uitkeringsbestand (mutaties/ voortgangsonderzoeken/ beoordelen belastingaanslagen heffingskorting).
- Verwerken van beëindigingen.
- Afhandelen van boetes.
