ICT Group zoekt een ervaren EMVI-schrijver die aanbestedingen wint door scherpe EMVI‑plannen en onderbouwde kwaliteitsplannen te schrijven. Je vertaalt complexe IT-thema’s naar heldere klantwaarde en interviewt experts om tot scorende documenten te komen.
Ervaring met aanbestedingen voor de publieke sector is een harde eis; pré: ervaring met Tender Ned/Mercell, en kennis van BIO/ISO 27001/9001, AVG en ITIL. Je werkt hybride met focus op deadlines en kwaliteit.
