Kwintes zoekt een nachtzorgmedewerker voor de locatie in Woerden (Schilderskwartier) met 24/7 begeleiding. Je slaapt op de locatie en wordt alleen gewekt voor situaties die aandacht vragen. De dienst start rond 22:00 uur met overdracht en eindigt na de ochtendzorg rond 08:30 uur.
Tijdens de nachtdienst bewaak je het ritme en de veiligheid van bewoners en kun je direct handelen waar nodig. Na de overdracht aan de vroege dienst rond 8:30 uur draag je over aan collega’s en ga je naar huis.
