A new opportunity for an experienced Assistant Accountant to join a well known, established business based in West Byfleet. You will report into the Finance Manager and study support is available.

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Provide support during internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

A successful Assistant Accountant should have:

• Experience in a similar role.
• Relevant qualifications in accountancy or finance.
