Duration: 12‑16 month Fixed Term Contract

Salary: £40k depending on Oil & Gas and Engineering experience

Penspen are looking for a Senior Document Controller based in Woking, Surrey.

Must have Oil & Gas experience and be able to manage project documentation.

• Manage all project documentation, ensuring accurate and timely document control, distribution, and retrieval to support project operations.
• Maintain project documentation, ensuring all files are organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
• Implement and oversee document control systems to track and manage engineering, procurement, and construction documents.
• Ensure compliance with document control standards, processes, and procedures.
• Distribute project documentation to relevant stakeholders and track document reviews, approvals, and revisions.
• Maintain records of correspondence, technical documents, drawings, and transmittals.
• Regularly update document control registers and logs to ensure accuracy and traceability.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or closely related field.
• Diploma or equivalent with a certificate from a recognized agency in Project Administration.

• 6 to 10 years of experience.
• 10 to 14 years of experience.

Ensure compliance with document control standards and processes for Oil & Gas projects.
