Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Clerical
Location: Old Woking
We require an enthusiastic and organised individual to provide clerical support to the Woking Team. The successful candidate will require good interpersonal and communication skills, as this role will require you to deal with staff on a one-to-one basis as well as liaising with the whole of the Guard function.
Principal Accountabilities- Production of regular reports.
- Dealing with internal and external customers.
- Ordering of stores.
- Minute taking as required along with general administrative duties.
Average of 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday when needed. Standard office hours with flexibility to work outside of these should business needs require.
Requirements- The ability to work under pressure.
- Sound knowledge of IT systems including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Highly organised and methodical.
- Good attention to detail and self-motivated.
- Customer focussed and willing to work as part of a small team.
