Location: West Byfleet
Pegasus Homes Ltd is seeking a Senior Building & Community Coordinator to be the on-site driving force for our West Byfleet development. You will coordinate building operations, safety checks, and contractor activities while fostering a welcoming resident community.
The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage move-ins, events, and daily admin with internal teams. A 35-hour week, Monday–Friday, applies with enhanced benefits and DBS checks.
