Key Responsibilities:
As an Associate Commercial Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the commercial team. Your responsibilities will include:
Processing purchase orders efficiently and accurately. Supporting the commercial team with essential administrative tasks. Compiling and generating reports and metrics for the department. Daily Tasks:
Downloading purchase orders from the customer system, obtaining necessary approvals, and uploading to the PO channel. Maintaining and updating Excel trackers to ensure data accuracy. Creating tasks in the change order system (LBIRs). Generating weekly and monthly metrics for departmental performance. Compiling and submitting ad hoc quotation requests. Ensuring customer documentation is submitted for approval and tracked accordingly. Providing general administrative support to the team.

Experience:
Prior experience in a commercial or administrative role is preferred.
Skills:
