Location:
NG2 Salary: £28,000 per annum Job Type: Permanent, Full-time The Opportunity We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join a busy, fast-paced Sales Team as a Sales Administrator . This is a key support role within the sales team, helping to keep the day-to-day operation running smoothly while delivering a high level of service to vendors, buyers and clients.
The ideal candidate will have previous property/estate agency experience and be confident working in a busy environment where attention to detail, organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential.
Key Responsibilities Assist with pre-marketing requirements, including liaising with vendors and preparing properties for launch. Support Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks for buyers and vendors. Handle incoming enquiries and arrange property viewings. Manage diaries and coordinate appointments effectively. Maintain regular communication with vendors, buyers and other relevant parties. Obtain and relay viewing feedback to vendors. Assist with sales progression and chasing transactions when required.
Keep accurate records and ensure property and client information is maintained correctly. Provide general administrative support to the sales team. Work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient customer journey. Support the team with a range of day-to-day administrative tasks in a fast-paced sales environment. About You We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and detail-focused , with the ability to work at pace without compromising accuracy.
The successful candidate will:
Have previous experience within the property/estate agency sector . Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Be confident managing diaries, records and multiple priorities. Have strong written and verbal communication skills. Be confident dealing with clients and handling incoming enquiries. Have a proactive “can-do” attitude . Be comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment. Be able to work independently while also being a strong team player.
Have a friendly, honest and professional manner. Be confident using standard Microsoft Office software, particularly Outlook . Be commercially aware and keen to support the wider sales team. Essential Requirements Previous property/estate agency experience – essential . Minimum of 1 year's administrative experience. Minimum of 1 year's customer service experience. Strong organisational and clerical skills. Excellent attention to detail. Confident using standard computer software, including Outlook.
Driving licence:
Preferred, but not essential. Working Hours Full-time, permanent position. Weekend work on a fair rota basis. 9-5pm Weekend hours will be approximately 9:00am–2:30pm 1 IN 6 Saturdays Driving is not essential for weekend work, although a driving licence would be advantageous. Salary & Benefits £28,000 per annum Company pension. Permanent position. Opportunity to join an established and successful property business.
