Business Analyst

We are looking for a talented Business Analyst to join our Product Development team and be part of a greater team that will deliver product enhancements and new solutions while working within an agile development environment. This is an exceptional opportunity to play a key role in our development, using current and next-gen technologies. You will analyse and document business requirements, enabling productivity and solving workflow challenges for medical professionals in their daily roles.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and objectives.

• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and identify areas for improvement.

• Gather and document detailed business requirements and functional specifications.

• Work with development teams to ensure that requirements are understood and implemented correctly.

• Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure that solutions meet the specified requirements.

• Provide ongoing support and training to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new solutions.

• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our processes and solutions.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.

• Experience with project management methodologies.

• Knowledge of the healthcare and life sciences industry is a plus.

As part of our onboarding process, all new employees will be required to attend / travel to the office on their first day of employment.
