Business Development Representative

We're hiring a Business Development Representative to build the outbound pipeline behind that growth. You'll be an early hire on a commercial team we're scaling, working pipeline for our senior account director across both product lines. The accounts you open are the accounts that move the business.

This is a research-led role, not a dial-for-dollars one. Our buyers are senior and technical, and they punish generic outreach. We want someone who plans an account before they touch it and writes their own messaging.

• Run strategic, account-based outbound to senior decision-makers
• Qualify inbound leads from our campaigns, events, and content
• Book qualified meetings for our senior account director
• Write your own outreach and campaign messaging
• Keep a clean CRM and report accurately on pipeline each week

• 1 - 2 years BDR or SDR experience in B2B tech or SaaS
• A real outbound track record you can put numbers to
• Strategic instincts – you research accounts, you don’t just hammer the phone
• Strong writing – you build your own sequences
• Comfort selling across SMB and mid-market

• £35k - £42k base depending on experience
• Uncapped commission, £50k - £62k realistic OTE
• Remote working, with a day in our Woking office every couple of weeks
