You will join a supportive and welcoming Business Support team within our Multi-Agency Partnership (MAP) Health Team. You will work closely with clinical and operational colleagues, be fully trained in our systems and processes, and be supported to develop your skills and progress your career.

The Business Support Administrator plays a key role within the Multi-Agency Partnership (MAP) Health Team, providing high-quality administrative and organisational support to ensure the smooth running of services. The post‑holder will manage and coordinate a high volume of communications, including telephone calls and emails, acting as a central point of contact while working closely with partner organisations.
Responsibilities:

- Act as a central point of contact while working closely with partner organisations.
- Work independently and collaboratively, using initiative to manage competing priorities and ensure deadlines are met.
- Demonstrate sound judgement, particularly when handling sensitive information and knowing when to elevate issues to Safeguarding Advisors.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships across multiple agencies while upholding strict confidentiality standards.
The role requires excellent administrative skills, strong communication, and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast‑paced and demanding environment.
