The company operates across both the private and public sectors, delivering a range of residential projects alongside commercial developments. Since inception, the company has built a strong reputation for quality delivery, collaborative working, and long-term client relationships with local authorities and housing providers. With an ambitious plan to double their turnover, they are now looking to strengthen their commercial  this role you will join the commercial department as a Quantity Surveyor.

Key responsibilities include cost management, valuations, procurement, subcontractor package negotiation, variations, financial reporting, and building strong client relationships. Candidates can expect to split their time between the office and site visits, which are conducted once every other week as a minimum.

The ideal candidate will be a Quantity Surveyor with experience within the construction sector, looking to progress. Applicants must hold a valid UK driving licence and be located within a commutable distance of the office near Cambridge.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual looking to technically develop, progress to Managing QS, and work across a diverse portfolio of projects.
