OPR Ltd is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor – Carpentry & Joinery for high-end residential projects across London and Surrey. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will manage the full commercial lifecycle of carpentry and joinery packages, ensuring that projects meet budgetary and quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cost control and procurement within high-end residential or luxury fit-out sectors. A competitive salary of £75,000 - £90,000 plus a package is offered.
