Mitchell Maguire is seeking a Quantity Surveyor specializing in carpentry and joinery for high‑quality, complex interior fit‑out projects. The role covers cost control, tendering, and subcontractor management on new build residential developments, including bespoke joinery and hand-cut elements.
The successful candidate will have extensive surveying experience in the joinery/interior fit‑out space, strong analytical skills, and the ability to read drawings.
