Senior Quantity Surveyor - Carpentry

Overview

We are recruiting on behalf of an established carpentry and joinery subcontractor based in Woking, Surrey, seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.

Our client delivers high-quality carpentry, joinery and fit-out packages, working primarily with main contractors across residential, leisure and educational sectors. Project values range from £300k to £1.5m.

The office is a 5-minute walk from Woking station, easily accessible for commuters. This is an office-based role offering a salary of £60,000-£80,000 depending on experience.

• Proven experience within carpentry, joinery or fit-out projects and be confident managing the commercial aspects of multiple schemes from pre-construction through to final account including material procurement.
