Overview

Quantity Surveyor – MOJ & MOD Government Framework projects

This leading main contractor has an immediate need for a Quantity Surveyor to work within an established and thriving frameworks division.

• Work on MOJ (Ministry of Justice) framework projects including law court refurbishments, prisons and security upgrades.
• Work on MOD (Ministry of Defence) projects on military bases across the South from Surrey to Hampshire, including refurbishment and new builds.
• Initially contribute to law court refurbishment projects in the Surrey area.
• Operate within MOJ or MOD framework requirements and ensure alignment with project delivery timelines and budgets.

• UK Quantity Surveying qualification is essential.
• Current entitlement to work in the UK without visa or sponsorship is required.
• Experience with MOJ and/or MOD frameworks is preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of commercial/contract / cost-management processes within government frameworks.

Southern home counties (Surrey, Kent, Sussex, Hampshire) preferred.
