The role:

Lead Senior Quantity Surveyor across project delivery Cost control, forecasting, and reporting Subcontractor procurement and account management Contract administration and commercial performance What were looking for:
Experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or established Quantity Surveyor ready to step up Highways experience preferred, but general civils experience welcomed Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills Contractor-side experience advantageous
