Driving Range Assistant

We’re looking for a Driving Range Assistant to joinour vibrant team at our modern golf driving range. But here’s the twist —you don’t need to know a thing about golf. What matters most is your ability to create a welcoming atmosphere, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile.

• Deliver outstanding service at the bar and with table service to our range bays
• Welcome our guests and arrive their bookings at our driving range reception
• Support customers with Trackman technology – offering advice and troubleshooting when needed
• Ensure the safety of all guests using the driving range and compliance with range ball policies
• Monitor and maintain top-quality hire clubs and range balls – removing any damaged equipment
• Open and close the driving range with professionalism and care
• Uphold and enforce BGL’s company policies and procedures, including food hygiene, alcohol service, stock control, and health & safety
• Keep the range and facilities spotless, welcoming, and in top condition
• Collaborate with your team to quickly resolve any operational issues
• Report any maintenance concerns promptly
• Take on any additional duties as requested by management

• Over 18 years of age (essential due to the sale of alcohol)
• Energetic and enthusiastic with a proactive mindset
• A confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
• Team player who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves
• Tech-savvy and happy to guide customers through our Trackman system
• Reliable, punctual, and professional at all times
